Phogrons are a bureaucratic and notoriously unpleasant species known for their rigid adherence to protocol and a general lack of empathy. Originating from a highly structured society, Phogrons excel in administration and paperwork, often to the detriment of efficiency and common sense. Their obsession with rules and regulations makes them infamously inflexible and frustrating to deal with. Despite their bureaucratic nature, Phogrons possess advanced technology and play a significant role in interstellar administration, often overseeing vast and complex projects with meticulous detail. Their poetry is famously atrocious, used more as a form of torture than art. Encounters with Phogrons are typically marked by endless red tape and an exasperating adherence to procedure, making them one of the least liked species in the galaxy.
