This is a lovely, but steep, trail winding through the forest on the lower stretches of a mountain side. What sort of creatures might pop up on the trail ahead of you? Deer? A bear? A cryptid, such as Bigfoot? Or something out of a myth, such as a unicorn? Trail could be somewhere Medieval, maybe a major trade route. Or a modern hiking trail. You decide.

Set is 9 background photos. 3000x4000 and 180 dpi each for 8 of them. 3456x5184 and 72 dpi for the last.

Real life place and time is March 2024, Mount Si trail in North Bend, Washington state, USA. Very popular trail, but no crowds in March. Unfortunately, my hiking companion was still in recovery from foot surgery and we couldn't get further than about a half mile or so. Why were we there at all? I've lived in the Snoqualmie Valley my whole life and had NEVER gone up the Mount Si trail. It was one of my goals to hike that trail some time. At least hike part of it. So, as part of the celebration for my 70th birthday, we attempted the trail. Maybe later, we'll hike all of it.
