Uncle Fred is a an ordinary randon guy who become supernatural serial killer who haunts and kills his victims in their dreams, which leads to their real deaths in the real world. He was was originally a serial killer who was captured but released due to a legal technicality. Seeking justice, the parents of his victims burned him alive in a boiler room. However, he returned as a vengeful spirit with the ability to invade dreams.
