Introducing Monorail Station #2! Like the previous Monorail Station, this product includes everything you need to load passengers onto the Monorail. This station includes three tracks to take your passengers to their destinations.
All walkways have been edged with metal railings to prevent people from accidentally falling off the edges. Though, be sure to observe all safety regulations and stand clear of the monorail track... especially when a Monorail train approaches the station. (Even though there are railings, please keep pets and children off the grass.)
Information Kiosks are provided to aid travellers... though the kiosk-company has included movie and TV posters rather than much-needed maps. (Kiosk model included with this product.) Benches are provided so people can sit and relax while waiting for the Monorail or to be picked up after arriving. (Bench model included with this product.) Signs help passengers by displaying relevant information. (Sign model included with this product.) And trash cans are provided so people can properly dispose of their food and drink before boarding the Monorail. (Trash Can model also included with this product.)
Additional benches, signs, and trash cans can be added to your scene to serve the needs of additional passengers. Or, mix and match signs, trash cans, and benches included with the previous Monorail Station product.
Please note that the Monorail (train) model is NOT included with this product and is available for sale separately. Although this product is designed to work with the Monorail, it is not required to use the Monorail Station.
When you add the Monorail to the scene, it will be placed directly under station. Use the included pose files to move the Monorail train onto the tracks, then adjust the zTrans dial to move it in and out of the station.
As with the previous monorail station, a full scene file is included. If you render images with this scene file, you will get renders that are *exactly* like the sales images shown for this product. The scene file includes both lights and render settings designed to optimize the use of this product.
Product features: large enough to fit three monorail trains
large enough for plenty of Poser people... though I haven't made an accurate count of how many people will actually fit in the station
semi-realistic blades of grass without the use of additional polygons (made possible by the use of displacement maps)
-since the grass uses displacement maps instead of textures, it will actually look better the closer you get to it (unlike texture maps which tend to pixelated when you get too close)
realistic reflective metal railings (made possible by ray-traced reflections)
bumpy concerete (again, made possible by the use of displacement maps)
organically-textured ground surface (made possible by the use of procedural nodes)
movable front sign-arch

>Note: This product is not meant for use in Poser 4 or Poser Pro Pack. Although the model may load in Poser 4 (and you will get a "Newer version than expected" error), *NONE* of the advanced texturing features will work: you will not be able to see the blades of grass nor the bumpiness in the concrete nor the reflections in the metal. Note: All of these images were rendered in Poser 6 (FireFly renderer) using the scene file that is included in this product. By using the included camera angles your renders will look *exactly* like these images. Model originally acquired through Vanishing Point
