Hand painted in PS7, Some of the dynamic brushes have been designed for use with a graphics pen (pressure sensitive). They will still work with a mouse, but the end result may vary slightly to the previews.
They can be used commercially or for personal use to create anything from feathered wings to feather boas or just about anything that your imagination will allow..
