Military Environment 3 (Poser, OBJ & VUE)

The Military Environment Creator Set 3 recreates a scene from the jungles of South East Asia, as would be seen in movies such as `Apocalypse Now` or `Bridge on the River Kwai`.

It includes everything you need for the base for a military render. The props are generic enough that it could be used for scenes from WWII to the present day, and by leaving out the military props, civilian scenes are also possible.

Five complete scenes are included as PZ3 files with all the props loaded, with the correct light and sky settings for daytime, night-time, bad weather, sunrise and sunset.

It is scaled to Poser figures and most parts are separate or moveable props and figures, allowing a great degree of freedom in setting up scenes.

Files included in this package:

Figures:
South East Asia (figure) with wooden bridge, rope bridge and river, which has an adjustable water level. A Bamboo Hut with moveable door and windows is also included, and a Sampan, with moveable yuloh (rudder stick).

Individual textured props, which load into the correct location for most scenes:
Backdrop. This prop adds a jungle backdrop to the scene. It has been made separate so that it doesn`t need to be loaded for close up renders of the bridge or river.
A wreck of a BlackHawk helicopter. This prop has no moving parts, but is highly detailed and includes a basic interior. The fully functional model of the working BlackHawk is available as a separate model.
Jetty.
Bunker. A wood and earth bunker favoured by the Japanese during WWII.
Gun Pit or Mortar Pit. Modelled in the style used by the US forces in Vietnam.
Wooden guard tower.
Sky Dome. The use of the sky dome gives accurate reflections on the water and enhances renders, and removes the need to load background pictures.
Tree 1, 2 and 3 are free standing alpha planes with different tree textures to add depth to the background jungle.
Rock. A large detailed rock that can be loaded to add detail to the river.

Five PZ3 files
- Daytime. Bright blue sky, with some clouds, and harsh, dark shadows.
- Night-time. Black sky with some clouds, very low light and almost no shadow at all.
- Bad weather. Grey cloud dominated sky, low light with very soft shadows.
- Sunrise. Red sky clouds and pinkish light, low light angle.
- Sunset. Pinkish cloud with red light, low light angle and softer shadows.

Textures:
All objects in the package are UV Mapped and textured, and extensive use is made of bump maps for small details.
Some procedural textures are used, but alternate files for Poser 4 are included that do not use Poser 5/6 procedural features.

Extras:
The Military Environment 1 and 2 products available on Renderosity contain more props that can be used to add details to the scene.
