Dilophosaurus wetherilli was a theropod dinosaur from the the Early Jurassic Period, about 193 million years ago. The name means "two-crested lizard".Dilophosaurus measured around 6 meters (20 ft) long and may have weighed half a ton.Dilophosaurus is one of the earliest known Jurassic theropods.
Dilophosaurus jaws have almost crocodile-like appearance, similar to the piscivorous (fish eating) spinosaurid dinosaurs. So it was possibly feeding on fish.
