Shantungosaurus giganteus is a genus of flat headed hadrosaurid dinosaurs found in the Late Cretaceous Wangshi Formation of the Shandong Peninsula in China.It is one of the largest known hadrosaurids,measuring 15 meters (49.2 ft) in length, the weight is estimated at up to 16 tons. Possibly lived alongside with Tarbosaurus, Alioramus, Tanius, Tsintaosaurus.
