The Roaring Twenties was a decade of optimism and change. After WWI, the economy soared and the middle class could now afford the luxuries that used to be reserved for the wealthy. People were buying new cars, new fashions and the latest electrical inventions. The Twenties gave women the right to vote, but banned alcohol. Woman were waving their hair, wearing flapper dresses and hanging out in the Speak Easies to dance to Jazz . . . it was the Prohibition Exhibition!
