Renderosity Free Stuff: Everyday

Jul 02, 2023 at 11:00 pm by gToon

The Free Stuff section at Renderosity is a gold mine of models, textures, materials, clothing, hair, backgrounds, and much more. Artists and creators are very generous with their work and we are so grateful to them. In this article, we are looking at 9 items from the Free Stuff section, but with an "Everyday" theme.

Click the image to go to the download page. Note that some creators have made their work available for free, but only for non-commercial uses. Check the description below each item to discover any restrictions.

Contains two props: a regular size Adirondack chair and a large Adirondack chair with 4 material presets, and optional lettering for the large chair. To install unzip the files and copy the contents of the "My Library" folder to your preferred DAZ Content Library folder. Once extracted the props can be found under: Props/crp/Adirondack Chair/ and the Materials in the /Mats subfolder: Props/crp/Adirondack Chair/Mats/ The large chair has two additional material surfaces: Bottom_Letters & Top_Letters A simple opacity map with white letters on a black background are what are included as an example but you can change the surfaces to your desired material. You may use the content in your commercial or non-commercial renders. But content may not be re-distributed!

This set is a model of a cheap fountain pen. It is specifically a model of the Baoer 801 fountain pen, which is probably a re-engineered and improved version of the basic Parker Vector fountain pen. My Baoer 801 was in pristine condition after 6 months. The body is metal, which probably helps, but the finish is durable. The Baoer 801 is a really good, cheap fountain pen, and fills a glaring gap in the DAZ Essential Stationery Props set. I have included 7 material settings, a cap & body prop, two scene subsets with the pen either capped or posted (on the back of the pen) and four wearable presets. The presets are for G8F holding the pen in left or right hand, with it being either posted or uncapped. There are two obj files of the pen and cap, scale 1 unit = 1 cm.

This a custom-made Slatted Bench freebie to use as props in your scenes. It can be used as a bench or a side table in your scenes. You can shade and texture different surfaces of the bench with different textures to give you endless variety. Have some fun and create your own unique decor scenes. It comes with: - A Bench prop with different shader zones - Different surfaces on the bench to change the color, material or shaders - Over 50 Custom Iray Shaders - Metal and wood shaders - Almost all the wood textures come from wood I use in making real furniture - OBJ files of all the Props to use in POSER or to modify in other 3D programmes yourself - Please read the documentation for more detailed information and tips

Highway Sign, Daz Studio files. May be used in any program if you know how to make it so ;-) Sign and pole are separate props. Also included is one scene subset with the 2 together. Template and 1 mat preset included. Nice background by Ivy Summers is NOT included ;-) After merging the contents into their corresponding folders in your main content/library collection, these props will be found under Props > CEF > State Sign ... Starts with Iray mats -- feel free to apply 3Delight shaders or whichever shaders you prefer. May be used for commercial and/or non-commercial image renders. Feel free to edit and/or replace the texture template with whatever you desire for your renders.

Sunglasses for Daz Studio 4.2+ Genesis 8/8.1 (inspired in 1950's fashion). It includes 5 textures with 3 opacity presets, and 1 template for your own designs. It includes also an .obj file for other apps. Enjoy!

So many quality models made for Blender that are completely free and CC0, and that seemed like a waste not to convert them for Poser, continued! This is Orange Juice by neffi, converted for correct Poser sizes and Superfly-only materials. Every prop is parented tothe trays, and the straws are parented to their respective cups, so make sure to load the tray first of all and the cups before the straws if you wanna make your life easier (aka move one thing and have the others follow).

Okay, so – I was a little embarrassed with the quality of my last phone prop (https://www.renderosity.com/mod/freestuff/simple-smartphone-prop/86817) so I decided to make a nicer version that also looks more current. It's still a simple type prop, but renders nicer – and is also available for Poser this time – and the phone comes unlocked with unlimited international calls ;) Change color tone by changing the hue of the "Phone" material's Base color in the Surfaces tab. Replace the screenshot with your own by choosing a new image for the "Screen" material's Base color. There are 3 sample screenshots in the "Runtime > Textures > Foxclaw" folder, but you will have to apply them yourself (no mat poses included). Tested only in Daz Studio 4.12 – Poser version made with PP2 Exporter. Have fun! /Foxclaw PS. if you need "On the phone" poses for G8, I've got a couple of free ones in my freestuff: https://www.renderosity.com/rr/mod/freestuff/everyday-poses-04-05-and-06/86824

Hi guys I've reworked one older scene,I've included like FBX and scene file etc plus light setup, What you will need, you will need EZDome from SnarlyGribbly and most of materials are for SuperFly Yes you can use it in earlier versions of the Poser if you wish, just materials will be not translated as should and due this I can't warrant will work as intended,I will try to make version of this scene for earlier Poser If you have any question, please let me know,I've planned to post different scene, but I've run to issues with UV which not sure how to do guys Hope this helps Thanks,Jura

6 Poses for G8F relaxing on a sofa, 2 alternates; 8 in all. Files in DAZ .duf format. Unzip folder and place "People" folder in "DAZ 3D > Studio > My Library" in your hard drive. Find under "My Library > People > Genesis 8 Female > Poses > Rossum > Couch." Please let me know about any glitches in comments. Enjoy!
