The little girl has been lost for days in the big city, too exhausted to look anymore for her grandmother on a cold and snowy Christmas eve. Maybe that woman is her grandmother, maybe not. Maybe Santa will make a miracle!

I made this image in Daz Studio and it took me around 10 to 12 hours to get something close to what I envisioned.

I was inspired by stories like "The Little Match Girl" and by the fact that some children will not be with their family/loved ones in a safe place for Christmas. And that makes me sad.
