Renderosity magazine Issue 5 Cover Contest -- Seeds of Inspiration

One seed was used, with extensive processing and layering in Photoshop 7 and Painter 5. Also features a scan of a peacock's tailfeather. I decided afterwards to dedicate this to Dave McKean, whose artistic genius has always been inspirational for me.
