'I feel like I have woken up and when I open my eyes, I see myself..lying there, still sleeping. Everything is grey and neutral around me....then a sense of fear comes over me and I begin to rise. Slowly darkness begins to fill the edges of my vision, and the further I rise, the greater the blackness that surrounds me becomes.' Every now and then I feel like I wake and am not sure if it is an out of body experience that I am having, but each time, the edges of the black nothing are closer......
