I am a poser newbie / novice. I have tryed as to how to install props/clothing/characters & other poser items which I downloaded from the WWW. I don't know how to go about this. If you are on a Mac get the program called Macinstaller from Free Stuff Utilities, and you can drag and drop onto its icon to install everything at once. If you are on Windows the Readme file will usually tell you where everything must be moved to.
