Leaving my corner for a moment to post an image. I've worked on this for the last three weeks removing scratches and spots created by the lab that developed the film. Here it is.....the color version is in my gallery if you care to compare the two. **Goes back to corner to sulk some more..........**

That image is stunning! Perfect composition and the water is like glass! I love it! Why is it I never see things like that? I gotta keep working getting the eyes to see differently. Hey, You in the corner. Why are you sulking? Been missing you around here... Magick Michael aka zhounder

Well worth the effort Michelle. It does what art is suppose to do and touch our souls in many diffrerent ways.

Great images both versions, my personal fav being the colour version. The first comment in the gallery echoed my immediate thoughts as the image opened..."looks like it's floating on sky" Lovely photography Michelle, thanks for sharing it. :-)>

I really like this shot (I think I prefer the b&w version, it seems more serene and peaceful to me). I also like the way you framed this). I don't usually go for pure white "matting" but it works very well here. -=>Donald

both are excellent images but I think I'm drawn to the b/w one more. Could just be thatI'm starting to go into a B/W experimenting phase....nice shot! Jack

What a joy to see some B&W work its seem so long since I have work in B&W pressing the desaturation button is just not the same. Love the composition and a nice story with the title, Nice one. :0)

Great photo. I like the B&W with the caption "Elsewhere" best. The bw fits the more mono-tone feeling that "Elsewhere" gives me. The color photo is great also, I just don't think it fits the caption as well as the bw.
