Subject: An Idea for a Poser model

Well I've been scanning the store for a long time hoping someone would make one of these so I could buy it, but since far they haven't I'll just throw this idea out there in the hopes someone might be inspired by it. I do a lot of nature scene renders, mainly revolving around forests but the forest props currently available don't provide the variety I want. What would really be nice is if someone would model a pose-able tree of some type where you could bend and shape the braches and roots as well as the trunk, and also manipulate the leaves easily or make them completely transparent. I have the Daz Bonsai Tree and nerds Haunted Hemlock which are both really good props (Especially the Hemlock) but I could still use some greater variety. And I think the lack of quality nature props is a common complaint I hear from other people as well. So if anyone out there is at all thinking about doing a project like that believe me when I say I'm sure a lot of us renderers out there would be really grateful and enthusiastic about it.

Find Digit magazine for Nov with Xfrog 3.0 full version on CD. you can make any tree ya want, however to exort it to poser you will need to get the full functioning Xfrog 3.5 demo n export your saved tree models. Check the Xfrog forum here at Renderosity, and check the Xfrog site. Sometimes only way to get what ya want is to build it yourself, and this may be a solution for ya. Just throwin it out there, $15 (for the mag) solution to ya problem.

I'd personally like to purchase an entire preassembled forest set, with ground clutter, a wraparound backdrop, and varying levels of mesh detail, optimized for animation work. Taylor4, have you seen Syam's new trees in the Marketplace?
