Subject: Where can I find a cr2 editor or help

Justice ( ) posted Mon, 03 April 2000 at 7:42 PM · edited Fri, 09 August 2024 at 10:52 PM

I'm trying to modify the existing cat model included in poser 3 to make the tail less chunky. I subdevided the nodes of the old tail in ray dream and re-imported the cat into poser useing a re-created .phi. Unfortunetly it seems none of the custom morph targets I created for the cat will work now. I was hoping that I could modify the original cr2 file to reference the new tail, but this would require an editing utility if it is even possable. Does anyone know where I can get such a thing, or do you have any better ideas on how this could be accomplished. PLEASE HELP!!!!

There is a utility called cr2edit. It is in the utility section, called "Poser Library File Editor". Take a look at that. http://www.renderosity.com/download.ez?uploadid=1521

Or you could try BBEdit Lite 4.0, which will open the .cr2 file allowing you to copy and paste the morph geometries from one to another. It also saves back in a Poser 3 format. I think it came free with the Poser 3 CD - certainly on the Poser 4 one
