Thanks to all the staff at Curious Labs who did go the distance and solve the credit card problem. I appreciate everyone's in the forums help and support on this issue. Curious Labs did come through for me and now I can get my kids their xmas gifts. I am also getting Poser 5 in time for xmas. Thanks again.

Merry Christmas Therese! I am glad we could get this resolved. I am sorry we had so many problems and so many hoops to jump through on both ends. :) I asked the Fedex guy who came this morning and he is all but positive that you should have this by Monday. Enjoy and I hope everyone is getting less rain than us...AHHH! Tori
