I try to choose different colors but they don't change. What's the trick????

runnerma ( ) posted Fri, 20 December 2002 at 6:15 PM

change the texture strength.

dialyn ( ) posted Fri, 20 December 2002 at 6:18 PM

Okay...I'm not sure how to do that. Is the same true of the skin because my skin colors are very strange. (I'm using Poser 5 so I'm always more confused than most people.)

I don't know Poser 5. In poser 4 go to materials Liris and set texture strength to max. I assume that is the same for P5

Great. Thank you!!

runnerma ( ) posted Fri, 20 December 2002 at 6:43 PM

I forgot to mention to do the same for the Riris;-)

LOL! It's not a bad thing to remind me of this...!!

Gosh, I am glad someone knew about this, I was going barmy! I can't quite convince my computer to just let the mat file set the high res texture - even though I have a 2 gig Pentium 4 with 256 megs memory. But if I set the textures and bump maps by hand it is ok - evil machine! But I was frustrated by the scary white eyes. Thanks runnerma.

I thought I was the only one with the scary white eyes...! Oh, yeah, I mean Vicky 3.

Wouldn't it be easier to just take her to Chip'nDales?
