If youre using Windows, you can get a copy of Anim8or. I really like Anim8or a lot. It's free, it's small and I find it fairly easy to use. It would be pretty simple to delete the stray point with Anim8or. Just keep in mind the when OBJ files designed to be used in Poser are imported into Anim8or, you will need to zoom in to see them. Chris CoxDagon, You are incorrect. Deleting the point in Anim8or will not change the UV mapping for the remaining figure. However, I did forget that exporting from Anim8or will lose the material groups information, but the short hair has only one group anyhow so it doesn't really matter in this case. But would be a problem with objects that had more material groups. Chris Cox
Here is another way to fix it. There are really two points at identical positions that are off. Use a text editor like "Word Pad" and do a search for and replace for the following text.
For the Vic version replace the following
v 0.014908 -0.017016 -0.078391
With
v 0.009321 0.724481 0.020672
For the P4 Version replace
v -0.000018 -0.020255 0.019983
With
v 0.011764 0.688134 0.046490
This sets the two points to match vertices in the mesh.
Materials and UV Mapping will be unaffected.
Save your old files first. Just in case.
This hair is one of my favorites. One reason you will want to fix this is that the two points were actually below the ground. The drop to floor function would not work properly on characters with this hair. Moving the two points fixes the problem.

I was using Kozaburo's excellent short hair and find an extra point in the model .. displaced well below the hair. I don't have any 3d editing tools and was wondering if anyone has a version with this snipped out... I wrote to K., but haven't heard from him. thanks
