You must have moved the figure from the default position prior to exporting. What you are seeing is that offset when you apply the morph. Export it again, but this time check the box that says "Ignore Global Position" - or something like that. That should do it.

You can check the position of the final morph by importing the .obj with the original figure in position, scaling it to fit (can't remember off hand the head scale to figure ratio) and placing the .obj over the head. When happy with the position of the .obj as where you want the morph to end up, export the .obj again and use this as the morph target. You can use this technique when creating props in RDS 5, as the coordinates in RayDream suck - say you've modelled an object (a pedal bin) and want the lid to open. Create and .obj of both the open and closed bin and import them both into Poser. Save the closed bin as a prop. Overlay the other .obj so that the lid is in the correct place and then export this.obj as its opening morph. The coordinates are therefore Posers and not RDS's.

chuckles That morph would be perfect for an freeze-frame shot of someones head being cut off..say with a katana or knights sword. Eshal

I'm down loading the patch now. I'll see if I can work it out with that. Thanks, Jeff

'when exporting the model....' see, that's your problem. dont export the model, use the obj that is already there in the geometries folder, and you'll be fine. :)

Bloodsong (much respect), I think what Jeff was doing was changing the face shape in Poser spawning as a prop, and exporting the .obj. And not using a 3D application to adjust the .obj directly?->
