I'm going to be doing a complete reinstalle of Poser4(been doing alot of house cleaning for Vic3).My question is this..I very rarely use any of the features of ProPack...does having it installed effect the overall performe of Poser? I've always felt the less loaded down Poser is, the better it runs..but does that include ProPack? Thanks,SWAMP

The ProPack doesn't seem to run any slower than P4 on my machines. You might want to keep it loaded for a couple small reasons. 1.)Ability to use .jpg, .bmp, .tiff, etc. as bump maps 2.)No need to mess around with or delete .rsr geometries ScottA

Thanks Scott,I do what to keep ProPack for the very reasons you listed..I just didn't know about the performace issue(now with Vicky3 and all her goodies),but you put my mind at ease. Thanks again..SWAMP

I did a clean re-install of Pro Pack about 6 months ago and what a huge difference! Everything was flying. Now six months later it's sluggish again.
