Turnabout is fair play they say..... The movie "The Birds" gave me the willies, so I guess it's fair for me to scare the birds. Went to the lake today. Trying to get one of "those shots". I'd let the birds settle, then shoo them into flight and taking pictures in sequential mode, let them settle again and do it again. The few people who were around must have thought I wasn't playing with all the cards if you know what I mean....

Of course thats a washington state seagull . Down here in sunny Cal they carry signs that say " FEED me or i will poop on you AND your car "

JordyArt ( ) posted Mon, 30 December 2002 at 7:24 AM

Ours lie. I put a feeder out a week ago in the garden to hopefully(!) get some shots of some sparrows - the food has gone down, but I haven't seen a single bird near it.... Food but no posing, that just ain't fair. (",)

LOL @ tasquah! lol.gif I love the first one, Jack! Jordy, are you sure birds are the ones eating all the food? heh heh (*

I tell you what Jack you have picked a really difficult subject here. I have lost count of the number of wasted frames Ive had on bloody birds. The lads from my Camera club went up to the Farne islands on a bird quest, in the nesting season there is wall to wall puffins and all sorts of seabirds. Bird photography for bigginers, you just cant go wrong they told me before they left. Between the five of them they used about 80 rolls of film and they only got about a dozen really great shots. But they had a great time getting them. :0)
