Nice effects. Some hollywood whooshy space sounds would really add some icing on the cake!

that was reallt cool, i diog the reverse movement sending everything past you and off into the distance.

Thanks for the comments... it was a fun one to do, and it may be expanded and added to a longer-format animation. It would be very easy to expand this. The layout and texturing took a little under 3 hours. The rendering took about 7 hours. Post production (boosting gamma to compensate for darkening by Sorenson compression, addition of the white flash at the beginning, titling) took about half an hour with Final Cut Pro. I resisted the temptation of whooshing sounds, cuz I'm a realist... ;) I may add some other SFX, though... music, radio frequency static, etc... I started this, originally, moving forward through space. I think it's much more dramatic revealing new features by flying through them backwards. Again, thanks for all the comments... -sk
