how can it be stolen, if my friend owns the cd, and let me borrow it, to try out? if thats stealing, then i guess when i let you borrow my brand new music cd so you can listen to it, then thats stealing too, so i guess i can have you arrested? all im asking, is why the system keeps giving me these errors? you know, the money for the cd's isnt cheap. so why waste money if you cant use something? i come here with a problem, seeking help, and i get accused of stealing basiclly. i figured maybe someone else had this problem at one time, and they fixed it. thats all im asking. by the way, if i was to steal software, then why would all my renders be made with the poser 4 female, and items from the free section instead of all the new ones that comes out?

Actually lending someone a CD is illegal, read the back of any CD and it will say "Unauthorized copying, hiring, lending, public performance and broadcasting of this recording is prohibited". They are copyright laws and they include software too. By lending someone something you deprive the artist of a payment. We may not agree with them but laws are laws.

Vicki and Mike have to be bought. They don't have trial periods. What was the problem?

Mike 1 and Vik 1 are very cheap right now in the loft section at Dax. When you buy a program you are not buying the CD. You are buying a license, which permits you to run it on 1 computer at a time. If you have it loaded on more than one machine, then you are breaking the law. Very simple. And no, these laws have been the same for quite a while. Since Renderosity works very closely with the vendors (DAZ, Curious Labs) we have a zero piracy tolerance here.
