It calls itself Gobbles, but we're not sure what it is, but it says there are more on the way. Once it's had all it's shots you can take one home. Look for Gobbles soon. Anton Daz3d Platinum Club

He's a Martian house mouse, of course :)

jaybutton ( ) posted Thu, 02 January 2003 at 10:49 AM

Very cute! I like him, uh her . . . ummm it. Anyway, I was wondering if there will be some morph targets for the face? And perhaps some texture maps in the future? Thanks! Jay

Spit ( ) posted Thu, 02 January 2003 at 1:04 PM

Oh yes, he's so cute! But I think he needs five fingers. It's the hands on the mouse that help make it so special. and clothes please? :)

Momcat ( ) posted Thu, 02 January 2003 at 1:38 PM

Another cutie! Poser is getting fun again >^_^

bknoh ( ) posted Thu, 02 January 2003 at 2:26 PM

I think he is darling...but I would love him with a horn or horns morph! Diane

PheonixRising ( ) posted Thu, 02 January 2003 at 4:13 PM

Well it speaks. I think don't think it wants more fingers. I suggested it to it and it hit me. :) Not to long.

The snout and lower lip are posable parts so you can articulate his mouth. I'll add morphs too though. Gobbles isn't coonected to the mouse in anyway. So textures are not remotely similar. Gobbles' mesh is much more complex.

LOL on the fingers! With a name like that, hmmmm, wonder what his favorite food is. I'd guess strawberries to keep his ears nice and pink and brocolli because it's sooooo yummy and green. Has he mentioned any food preferences? Have to prepare for his arrival.

ROFL this thread was entirely too funny. I saw the Gobbles this morning at the page for the snow backgrounds and wanted them instantly.. I love them atho... I dunno exactly why. I just want them.. and the dog.. and whatever else comes to the PC next lol. What's the haps on the V3 mermaid ?

xoconostle ( ) posted Fri, 03 January 2003 at 9:33 AM

Wonderfully inventive character. I love that you took the risk of developing something that nobody is quite sure how to classify. It's truly cute, but with a potential for a sinister edge. The torso anatomy is very impressive. Thanks, Anton and DAZ! Expect a flurry of creative uses of this little guy (guy?) Are the nose and inner ears separate material zones? That would be nice for modification.

Oh My ! A cross between a Mouse and a Green Teletubby!

Fashionably_Late ( ) posted Sat, 04 January 2003 at 8:55 PM

I can't wait to see the little critter, it definitely gets the creative gears turning... when when? I'm impatient!

On a side note, the toon puppy is adorable too, looks like a basset hound puppy. "Its only two bucks, who cares if I'm already over my Poser quota..." Darn you Platinum Club! ;)
