The Mystics from DAZ is called a DAZ Original Creation but there is no 30% saving for Platinum club members on my basket? I am correct logged in. Or is the item brokered for Xena? I am confused :( Mazak

well i already bought it so............. doesn't seem everything is Plat club even if it is a DAZ originl. Hope there is credit given if it is suppose to be in the club LOL

I wrote Daz about it. I didn't get the 30% PC off and neither was it reduced from my vouchers, so I guess there was something wrong with it. I think I will hear from them monday.

This happened to me a couple of days ago when I bought LisaB's skins, it didn't say brokered by LisaB, sometimes they don't update their creators, you should probably tell Xena, I wrote Lisa and she corrected them. Sharen

I've been dealing with the same issues since last Thursday...seeing stuff in my basket at the incorrect price, not using my vouchers....just keeping removing it from the basket until the stuff is fixed I guess rather than getting it and then trying to fix it.

I dont think its DAZ Original Creation since it is CTs and she is broker at DAZ.

Must be a recent thing. The PClub thing worked just fine for me last week, though I didn't buy that particular item.

The sales e-mail that just came out said that the pack was created by Catherine Todd. I had a feeling it wasn't a DAZ original because it said it had Xena's morphs in it. DAZ copies a page from an existing item and then changes the promo text accordingly for new items. Sometimes they miss something when they make their changes. (The Alt tag on the Toonimal Dog said that it was V3, for example.) I've seen a lot of pages that claimed to be Dark Whisper's 1890's Vintage Outfit for a few minutes before DAZ got the text updated. They had a lot of issues getting stuff up this week in particular. I kept checking at DAZ and one minute a package would be there, the next minute it was gone. I was begining to think my last few synapses were misfiring. ;-)

That's what I was thinking TT, it is Catherine Todd's product so I'm thinking somewhere the text info got put in incorrectly on the site. Pendy

My toughts, they should have a standby 24 hours customer service since it have grow huge the last months at DAZ, they also should check their programming before public release and newsletter.

I've emptied my shopping cart several times now because the PC discount was nowhere to be seen, even in items listed as being original to DAZ, not brokered. It also seems that some of the items that are being offered at a discount already are now inelegible for the PC discount....? I could have sworn that I was given that additional 30% off when I first joined the club. On the other hand, my memory and math skills are so dismal lately that I tend to give everyone the benefit of the doubt just as long as I can. Reba just recently had to correct a glaring math error of mine, which has rendered me too unsure of my own computational ability to even email them and ask about the disappearing discounts! LOL

I finally contacted Reba, and she is being wonderful in trying to fix the problems for me, of being able to even use any of my voucher credits anywhere throughout the DAZ site. It's a good thing that I'm not rushing to buy....
