hello all, i've had this site bookmarked for some time now, finally got around to joining.

i finally decided about 3 weeks that i needed to rebuild my site, an online photography portfolio of my work. it had been 9 months since i had the last framework put up, and i wasnt happy w/ the layout anymore, or w/ how ruff it was gonna b to update it... so i spent 3 days recoding the whole site, and am now on v3.0 of my site.

im looking for feedback on the site itself, and on the contents, all the pohtographs i have chosen to put online.

Welcome Mike...I've just checked out your site ~ I sort of knew I would like it when the first image I saw was that old power socket and conduit! I haven't had a chance to check out all your photographs, (damn this dial up) but I got to see quite a few. I like them and I think it is all tastefully presented and the site is easily navigated...very cool. I will go back and check out more soon!

Cool site Mike liked the thumb nails and page layout. Thought the electronica shoots really had a feeling of mood and atmosphere. :0)

Hey Mike, welcome to chaos.....but chaos in a good way. I don't know how familiar you are with this site or the people who make it what it is, but be prepared to be inspired, pissed off and amazed by this group. I've only been involved with this group for a short time, but now I check this site every day to see what's new, to learn and to be among what I consider friends who share a common interest in photography. Like myself, you'll be glad you found them. Sorry, didn't meant to get maudlin..... Jack oh yeah, liked your site, the pic of thee wall plug/conduit is killer!

Welcome to the forum. Two things: (1) If you enter the monthly contests, it seems you should enter the "pro" section. (2) You gotta share some knowledge once in a while. (Just kidding...did someone above say "chaos"?) Nice site. I have cable and you must have a good host 'cause it was like lightning for me. I thought the layout was nice with good use of "quiet" space.
