In the notes from the Zygote chat, it was said that the latest update for Vickie had fixed the problem with eyes (not) pointing correctly. Is it working for anyone? I know members here had found a fix, and I had applied that to one of my Vickie charectors, but I was hoping the Zygote update would have fixed the base figure in my library, but I just tested the plain "Victoria" and "Victoria Morphs", and those eyes are locked just like before the update. Is it just me? Guess I will dig through the archives for the fix....

Victoria's eye's are definitely fixed in this latest update. (ie: the point-at functionality works now.) However, the latest update has files named exactly the same as their less functional predecessors, so if you downloaded the first update you will need to re-download and install the update that is currently on Zygote's site. (As you install these files make sure you choose "replace to all", so that you write over the earlier files.) That's all that I can think of that would explain your problem. What's the latest update? I went there a few days ago and downloaded an update and it had the same byte size as the update I downloaded on 4/7 When I went to install it it just went straight to an 'update complete' screen. Is there some particular URL? There didn't seem to be a revision history readme or anything to let me know I was on the 'latest as of date Y'.

same here, when I install, it also goes strait to the "update complete" screen. Just for kicks, I tried the whole process again this morning, and picked up the piggie bank freeby. It took about 4 times longer to run the piggy exe than the Vickie one. When I look at the "last updated" date (in windows explorer), it does not reflect this update.

I wish they'd give up the option of downloading a regular zip rather than the autoinstaller...

I'm sorry; I gave you bad information in my last post. After trying to track down what the problem could be, it turns out that while we posted the second update to the Victoria files for sale, we did not update the first free download update .cr2 file. This will be remedied shortly. Actually, this may be a good time to mention that we have decided to do a third and FINAL (I certainly hope) update. This one will incorporate a slight joint parameter change for the shoulders which was first recommended by Paul Hafeli. We need to get this update out immediately anyway, so hang tight, and we'll just skip update #2 for some of you and go right on to #3. I will post again when the update is live.
