It may depend on the problem and whom you emailed to. I started with their sales section (since that was the section I had the problem with) and got next day service. The only time I've had a substantial time delay was when I had problems on a weekend, and once when they were having problems with their server, but I sent again when the site was up and got a response very quickly. I also included the file names and a copy of my electronic receipt. I don't know if that made any difference or not.
The one and only time I had a problem with Daz took 2 phone calls to solve. I guess the message didn't get passed on the first time, but second time, everything was sorted within minutes. And - same for the folks here at Rosity. I had a few problems downloading things I bought from MP, but Clint got things working for me again real quick.

THEY HAVE GREAT GREAT GREAT SERVICE OVER AT DAZ3D! Each time I have had a problem, mostly download issues, but relatively few and far between, considering how much I have bought from them, they have responded in a timely and effective manner. And always with a smile, virtual though it be! Larry F Did I mention they have great service?
I have to throw in my two cents' worth. I can't say enough good things about the people at DAZ. Real customer service is hard to find anywhere these days, but DAZ has good old fashion courtesy for their customers. I've had a couple of situations where I needed to contact them, and they came through for me every time. They really do bend over backward for their customers. Melanie

I have to tell ya I think the folks over at daz3d rock! I had some trouble in downloading V3 and some other issues amd emailed them about it. They fixed everything!! In my opinion they always seem to go that extra mile to get things done for the customer. I've never had any problems with the service they give. Thanks to all at daz3d! Mike aka sealtm2
