Phil C has done a great Twi'lek character. Search the renderosity free stuff for "Oola". There are also Dodger's blasters and light sabers. Posergamers site also has some droids and Leia characters + stromtroopers I think.

Jon Malis has C-3PO, Mara Jade, and Anakin (Episode 1) at Posergamers.

Hasdrubal has a Tusken Raider at Animotions and one of his web pages.

Ghost has some very old (Poser 3) versions of Boba Fett, a Rebel pilot, and a Darktrooper (from the Dark Forces game) at GreyLight.
