Hello all, First of all we'd like to say Happy Holidays and Happy New Year to everyone. Since PoserStyle went down it's been one long and endless day. It feels like Christmas should still be on the way instead of being so far behind us. It was our intention to finish a couple of extra items to give to our subscribers as a Christmas gift. Instead of giving you a gift, we found ourselves receiving one from all of you instead. The gift of you patience and support has been and is still greatly appreciated. I'm sure most of you know about PoserStyle being down and now being back up again. Well our web host caught us by surprise and released the site without notice. This caused a couple of problems. In fixing one of the problems that caused the downtime in the first place we inadvertently caused the problem which led to the error message when trying to access the members area. After running down quite a few blind alleys and into as many more dead ends in our attempts to remedy the situation, we decided the best solution was to revert to the old username/password logs. This allowed members to successfully access the members download area much more quickly than they would have been able to otherwise. We realize that all of this has been a major annoyance to our members, but this solution is working. We are still answering email requests for those of you who have lost track of your old usernames and passwords. We apologize for what may seem to be a slow response time but we can only contact one member at a time with their previous information. I has only recently come to our attention that after our web host released the site, we had a number of paypal subscribers. If you have not been contacted by now with login information, you will be within the next couple of hours. The subscription link has been temporarily removed while we resolve a specific issue with the site. It will be back in place within a day or so. We have promised all members extensions on their subscriptions that would more than make up for any down time we've experienced. This will be done very soon, but we ask that you allow us to work on the things that will give you a fully functioning site first. There will of course be another release this week. PoserStyle is one of the best assets in the whole Poser community, and I am extremely sorry that your talented team was put through this grief. Whatever needs to be done, please take care of yourselves. This was an awful lot of stress for all of you. Thanks for all you have given us!!! Kimberly

Sparrowheart, Thanks for reminding all of us that these are real people beating their heads against a series of problems. Perhaps the entire team could stand up and give themselves a vigorous 5 minute stretch and shake to get the circulation returning? Carolly
