Well I tried and tried to get the black out of dear Victoria's eyewhites. No luck until I exported from Poser 4 in 3ds format (smaller file than .obj also). The drawback was that some of the parts came in creased (sharp) so I had to manually smooth them. For some reason .obj export/import does strange things to Vickie's eyes, and 3ds export/import seems to work around this. The top large pic is Carrara, and the bottom 2 are Poser and Bryce respectivley. Bryce is just to harsh in it's lighting of a scene like this. Poser though not a true ray tracer still does a beautiful job, but can not handle a crystal ball or any reflectivity. So I still have too go with Carrara if this picture will become a final peice of artwork. Just thought I'd share. James
