Hello, I am a total newbie to Poser and I am a bit lost!! I have a couple questions about using morph targets. I have seen some in the free stuff downloads for different facial expressions and such but when I go to use them they say the geometries are wrong? I guess in essence what I am trying to ask is how do I change the plain manly looking faces on the figures to look like the great creations I see everyone else doing? I was working on a figure last night and got her looking pretty good but not a whole lot different than the original. I have read the manual and looked through some tutorials but I am still not getting something right along the way. HELP!! Please. LOL Annette

Morph targets are a set of coordinates that code an alteration of your original mesh (the head for example). This means that you'll have to start from the same geometries : you cannot import a morph made for Vickie on Posette (P4 woman). Let's say you want to import a morph target for Posette's head. You need to find one on the net (or make up one if you are a modeller : it has to have the same number of vertices as the original) : Find a morph target for Posette's head (in the freestuff for example) Save this obj in one of your folders Open Poser Load Posette in Poser. Select the head. menu : object : import morph target browse your folders until you find the obj you downloaded and select it Give a name to the new morph in the window that opens The name will appear in the morph dials in Posette's head parameters palette Set this morph dial to 1 You are done Compiler

ahh ok! That sounds simple enough. I think I understand it better now. I will try it and let ya know. :) I am just trying to get the feel for everything and I guess I am just to used to mastering programs like Paint shop pro. This one aint gonna be so easy :)
