Great - luv those eyes!

This one finally actually looks like anime. :) (Ok, I found the Zygote Vicki anime morph to be wierd. Liked the rest of their morphs but not that one...) Not my prefered style of anime; but good anime nonetheless. Looking forward to it.

Ok Traveler, Great start! The nose is much to big and long. Zygote did get the Anime nose correct, though the rest of the head they did is wierd. Looks like you've got the chin and mouth and head shape working well! I'd enlarge the Eyes. again there are so many styles of Anime. Which to choose? Can't wait to see this progress! As always Traveler, great work! James

Looking good to me. By the way did you get my E-mail about creating morphs for Victoria in Amorphium?

Traveler ( ) posted Fri, 28 April 2000 at 2:21 PM

Jschoen: I have since fixed the nose, it is shorter and slightly upturned. The eyes I was thinking of making bigger, but they look alot bigger in the front view then at the 3/4. Maybe some extra morphs to enlarge them for the set would work. I will try to post some better picts later :) MarkM: Yes I did (Sorry, I am a notoriously bad emailer) I don't have any transforms for her yet, as I now use Rhino to make all of my morphs. :( I was trying for a basic default style that could be modified by other morphs into the many variations.

Trav, I really like her! I just hate the vicky anime morph (also, why is the zygote fairy pretty but vicky-fairy is just...creepy? I love vicky other than these 2 morph sets), but this one is pretty adorable. The nose shown here is too big but on the other hand the pointy-ness is kind of nice, give her some character. I'm looking at the little action fig of Aeris (from FF7) here on my desk and this comes to mind: anime characters, while buxom, are pretty extremely short in the torso as compared to the leg and arm length. HIGH high nipped-in waist, short "rise" (crotch to belly button), short chest with high breasts, but then way long legs. Just my observations based on Aeris. So I'm interested to see the body on this anime fig of yours. I also have 3 hello kittys, a chocobo, a ff7 frog, and a powerpuff girl on my desk, if anyone needs modelling tips about those Mary

I am still working on the body, need to gather some more reference material. :)

Play final fantasy 8 for a few dozen hours and you'll have some ref mat'l burned permanently into your brain...like I do :-0 Or you could spend the equivalent time watching "count down" videos...and burn more than your brain ;-)

The only game I can play for more than a half an hour at a time is WWF smackdown :) I am going surfin for picts tonight :)

Motsura's Idol Character suggested the following changes to the P3 NW: Abdomen 90% Hip 105% Hands 110% Calves: Scale 140% Y 90% Feet 120% Idols head is a prop which scales at about 120% of the P4NW's head. Another detail with Idol is an unatural side bend of her knees with a dial setting of about 3 or 4 which seems to imply cuteness. BTW, can anyone tell me what it implys to japanese when girls hold their fore and middle fingers in a 'V' like in an old 'peace' sign?

BTW, can anyone tell me what it implys to japanese when girls hold their fore and middle fingers in a 'V' like in an old 'peace' sign? V for Victory. Common in all the asian groups I'm familair with. Which is most of the mainlanders plus the Japanese. ANd it's not just girls that do it.
