can some one help me! i want to get this model,/texture, i was looking at it theother day, but clicked the wrong button, and couldnt remember where i saw it! thanx for yer help :>

The wings are Darkworld's Fallen Angel wings from DAZ. The figure is Victoria. The loincloth is almost certainly by As Shanim.

You might try asking cerulean specifically which items were used; according to the credits, everything else was free stuff.
