found my AD&D book on the dark elves. most of them have(F)yelloing hair (M) grey rare dark elves have silver or red hair Most of them have red eyes. along with green, brown, black, including various shades of gray, even amber and rose-hued eyes are not unknown. all dark elves's eyes grow reddr when they are angry or upset. yellow eyes usually denote illness, disease, poisoning, or the presence of certain detrimental magigs blue and purple (and all the tints thereof are the most unusual eye colours)
Who said D&D? I didn't see D&D in the artist's original post.
Truth has no value without backing by unfounded belief.

Thanks for the input. Firekath, I used to play D&D too, but mainly I played Warhammer fantasy Battle. The best thing I like about these kinds of games is the ability to make your own characters, regardless of the guidelines set down. You are right about the eys though, they definately need some work. I'm not too sure about making her more witchy either, though the darker clothes do sound like a great idea, maybe make her darker skinned too, and throw in a few mystical tatoos. I'm a little worried that if she looks too much like a witch then she won't look like an elf anymore. And the texture - looks like we all have a lot to thank Trav for.
Thanks for letting me know about the staff. To be quite honest the only original thing sabout the character are the use of the morphs and the dress texture. When I do post her I will probably just post the cr2 of the character and the dress textures. As for the actual nude female texture, I plan to add a few mysticl tatoos, so I will just enhance the existing P4 texture. So, any suggestions on what her mate should be like?
Assuming this is a Warrhammer Witch Elf, she needs to be paler (GW Dark Elves come closer to what real world "dark elves" might look like; nearly albino due to living underground), or so the GW stuff indicates. And she should probably either have blood or froth of some sort on her lips, to indicate the savage bloodlust/insane fury these units aspire to. An excellent start for one of these, though. If it's a D&D Dark Elf, then she should have some silver (mithril) props, skin that is either blue with purple highlights, black with blue highlights, or (the Pools of Darkness dark elves) brown "African" skin. Males tend to have white hair, females silver or gold, and all have yellow or red eyes, IIRC. Unless they changed something from the original Fiend Folio that is...

This is my first real attempt at something original. Any comments or suggestions would be appreciated. The morphs used were of course from Morph World (great stuff Trav). I haven't got a clue where the staff came from or who made it. The texture is called Lorissa, again I don't know who made it, but here I have added a slight hint of green to the figures colour. If anyone knows who the owners are please let me know as I would eventually like to post this figure, but won't without their permission. The dress texture and trans map are by me.
