Subject: GeorgeD's May Challange - Night of The Living Dead

GeorgeD ( ) posted Sun, 30 April 2000 at 11:17 PM · edited Mon, 10 February 2025 at 5:16 PM

My challange this month will be part 1 of a few(not sure on how many just yet). For the first one I'm looking for character creation skills, texturing skills and/or final presentation skills. Your goal is to create the most disgusting, vile, rotted zombie you can. Your final zombie can be shown in any format of image. Poster, pin-up, orthographic character sheet, you name it. Theme:Zombie Creation Apps: any available Pre/Post work : okay Must use: Any of the male figures in Poser and the texture must be original (painting over an allready made texture is fine as long as there is an extinsive ammount of original work done to it) Impoted Models: Are allowed. Morphs: Of course you can use them :O) If you decide to do an image of a scene go all out! Have that rotted sucker crawling out of a grave, eating his newest victim, doing that patented zombie walk through a cemetary or recreate a scene from one of those classic zombie flicks! Be creative and have fun! GeorgeD

Does it have to be a "zombie" or just a decaying corpse type thing? And does anyone know where I can find a good 3D horse skeleton (without paying through the nose)?

This one is Zombie based. If you want to do a decaying corpse that's fine but lets see how it looks if it were undead and "alive". GeorgeD

I'll try and get a few images ready since I have been working on that type of scene for a while. I have a site called Aegis1 the zombie hunters it a site about surviving the zombie plagu in the "Romero films" zombie plague.

I'll take this one George, but give me a while, I'm still new to poser. But I haven't really done a horror pic, and horror is my first love, and I already have an idea for this one.
