well, I'm bored, havea few hours before goin to the clinic, and had my girlfriend's digicam on me for the clinic, so I thought I'd take a snap of my rig. If people remember the old version I posted in the 2D forum many moon ago, much as changed since. here's what the specs stand as for the mo the monitors, from left to right: 1600x1200 19 inch samsung DF955 (the damn thing has .20 dot pitch, booyaa!), old 13inch 1152x864 with a useless camouflage paint job by yours truly, and a 20 some odd year old tv hooked up to both the computer and the vcr to its left. the puter itself: P4 2ghz, 512 ddr-ram, 70gig hd, on-board sound card(which will be changing to an M-Audio card next summer), a ati Radeon 7000 (powering the 19inch and tv), voodoo3 pci (for the 13inch), 40x10x40burner, 16x dvd. random stuff in the picture: lexmark x75 printer/scanner(shity shitty printing quality, ick man, and it guzzles black ink), graphire and subwoofer in the lower right, zip drive on top of puter box, optical mouse, 2.50$ webcam (or it seems that quality atleast), 2 tubes of the same dollar store deoderant (one being empty), two cd spindles, a phone that needs a new wire cuz it doesnt stop buzzing without fiddling around, a Ladytron concert ticket on the big monitor (Feb 22nd!!!!!), several blue clay people I made on top of the biggie, a tube of hairspray behind the biggie you can sorta see, Winamp which was, at the time, playing The Wretchec by NIN, a stack of paper for the shitty printer, empty creme sure et oignon Pringles can, RF modulator (old tv, new jacks on video card), towel that hides my gnome/donkey/whatever-the-2D-people-could-dream-up, pics of my nephew, and on the wall, my propject proposal for class that you'll all get to see at the end of the term when its completed and being broadcast on net.art sites all over the web. there, that killed 5 minutes of my time, now what to do with the other 145 minutes, i dunno....

not to ruin all the rumours and whatnot, but the hairspray is for fixing drawings and whatnot. It's not the best thing in the world, but nearly exactly the same as something you buy for fixing in an art store, and cheaper as well. regarding the hair... I dont really have much on my head, if anything I'd be spraying scalp, heh heh

i don't think we were clear on the deodorant, even though it smells good...was that for your pits, or does that have some other useful purpose? :) (another useful purpose for hairspray- gets inkstains outta your clothes if not already set)

well, it's meant for deoderant, but I suppose I could use it on otherp arts of my body when I'm not feeling too fresh.. one in particular comes to mind, see, I was feeling lonely the other night and.........
