Suggestions? Will the pants be a separate item? Add soft caps and fur caps for peaceful scenes. Simple under-dress with separate broach-and-strap supported front and back "apron" panels for women. PT and PS sized versions for children. Shoulder-pinned "cloaks" Tie-on rawhide aprons for men and women doing messy carpentry, fat rendering, etc. Belt-ring for hanging war-axes, hammers, etc. "topless" variation of male tunic to simulate warm-weather "kilt-type" garment. Tunic morphs for portly characters with lower-slung belts in front. Couple of odd mail or leather armor items that could have been taken in battle. Swaddle-wrapped baby prop with & without shoulder-sling. War Ax, War hammer. Just a few thoughts.... Looking forward to this!
OK .....just kidding :) Seriously, those are all very good suggestions, some I had in mind and will be part of it. The pants are a separate item and we are discussing adding a variation on the boots as well. The arsenal decided so far includes: spear, sword and sheath, dagger and sheat, battle axe. As for a war hammer I couldn't find any good historical reference for it but I'll do my best to include it. Some of the other suggestions depend a lot on how things will perform in Poser so we'll see. I really like the apron too but that may be something for the Peasants pack. Thanks for all the suggestions!
WooHoo! Jon you are a mind-reader, I've been looking for an outfit like this! Love those lace-up boots!! Where and when?!!!! I want it now!!!! insert angelic smile here BTW, I have to tell you that your Crusades pack is fantastic!

Hey, judith, thanks :) I'm very happy you liked it. Sorry I can't give you an ETA on this yet because we just finished up on the Celts and are still working on the Vikings. The outfit's going to be really great, this image doesn't do it justice, but then again, I'm biased, I love everything Lourdes does - just to set the record here, the modelling is by Lourdes and I'm doing the texturing well with a couple of props thrown in here and there too :)
This set is way over do, and I couldn't think of a more talented team to work on the project. I was starting to fear that I would never see it with the frenzy of modelers turning there talents towards the memory hungry Vicki 3.0. The Dark age's are my favorite historical time period, and I'll be all over this collection. Any chance we will see a Noble Anglo-Saxon figure.........akin to the one found at Sutton Hoo?
Hi Gail, Yep that's our intention it was something lacking in poser. Dark ages will be our first to do and with the Celts -Vikings Saxons will complete our first trilogy. And like leather-guy mentioned above we intend to convert some for the Millenium Children. Sutton Hoo???!!! Oh boy that's a real challenge :)!!

Viking ships? I've seen 5 or 6 - I've got 3 or 4, but my favorite is by Helmut. I believe this is the link, but he's exceeded bandwidth, so it's offline for a while. So this is what you were telling me about Jon, looks great. We'll have to come up with some props ourselves for these period I guess. Talk soon!. VH
