Helpful comments on how to improve her are welcome!

Paint her toenails a lighter color so they stand out more. My opinion though , good job!

Hi Folks! It's a great image, but I'd need more information from you about her heritage to comment on "realism." If she is supposed to represent someone of North African or Negro stock, she still looks a little too much of Western Europe to me. Perhaps you should take a look at the famous museum bust of Nefertitti or buy a few copies of National Geographic for comparison. Peter (Dr Zik)

Yeah, but who says she has to be totally realistic. I think she looks great the way she is, I wouldn't change anything.

Thank you all for the lovely compliments, all of your encouragement and the help each of you have attempted to give me. I plan to upload Ayesha, her original and unique props and clothes, textures, etc tonight if I find time. For my first effort at creating a unique character for the WWG I am content at this stage that I have done my utmost. She does look good though, and I am happy with her, but only from certain angles :) In answer to each of you: No Bloodsong, the pants still have the same problem, as you will all see when I upload her tonight and her pants (if I get home early enough). I am going to release her and her props and hope some of you experts may help me move them into the realm of usable. As to her race Peter, Ayesha is Arabic Bedouin/Delta Nile stock, Nefertiti was actually Nubian. This girl is NOT Nubian. Cleopatra was also Nubian too, as was Tut, etc, so perhaps if those are all of East Africa's natives you have ever laid eyes on Dr. Zik, you would not be familiar with the racial characteristics of Delta Nile fellahin. She is modelled on one of my favorite photographs from the 20's, of a young Bedouin girl moved to the city and working a cotton plantation. If it makes any difference I have a model of Nefertiti as the idealized Nubian Egyptian woman about 50 percent done now. I guess my goal here is to do as many of East Africa's races as I may, since we are lacking in these lovely and unique people in our characters here.

Hi Folks! Thanx for responding Bast, to my comments in the pleasant spirit as they were offered. Given the additional imformation, Ayesha's appearance is appropriate--and very well done. And I would love to see the variety of Posette ethnics continue to expand. As soon as the spring semester is over, I plan to post a few of my own. Peter (Dr Zik)

"Cleopatra was also Nubian too" This is incorrect. Cleopatra was Macedonian Greek. The Ptolemies ruled Egypt after the death of Alexander of Macedon. Ptolemy I: The king of Egypt who founded the Macedonian dynasty in Egypt; a close friend and general of Alexander the Great who took charge of Egypt after Alexander died (circa 367-285 BC) Ptolemy II: Son of Ptolemy I and king of Egypt who was said to be responsible for the Septuagint (circa 309-247 BC)
