I'd like to try for this type of figure. Has anybody done one or know the best program or ad-on pack to do one with?

There are a couple of brokers that have created some here in the RMP (Renderosity Market Place) Search for a vendor named Communion. The other Samurai vendor/creator is called Xeone :)

here you'll find a samurai helmet and katana for poser4 http://www.seventhsamurai.com/Store/poserfree.html i think there was a link to a samurai character in Ken1's, but now that page has closed, or maybe it was in or Rubio's site, can't find it sorry. good luck

Aren't All Samurai Oriental? Just kidding. Do you need fuedal Japanese Yoroi? I've several modeled in Lightwave but haven't converted them to OBJ files yet. I also have not made Poser clothing yet, only props.
