Thanks to everyone who gave tips and advice and kept me from going crazy awhile ago when I thought I'd lost my file! :o) This is my first challenge entry and was inspired by a photo someone sent me recently. I don't have who it was taken from but I'll post that later. I don't want to tempt fate and wait about posting this! :o) There is some grass that's from 3dplants.com, otherwise, this is all Bryce and my creation. Deers are metaballs and, yes, in good light they look like crap. But, in this lighting, they're just fine. Thanks for the encouragement and help everyone!

Eelie: I'd like to see the DEER close up. They may look like crap to you but maybe someone on here can help you impove them. One of the guys here does fanstastic work with just spheres...dragons and things...I forget just who... I've just had my wife looking over my shoulder at your work and she's impressed! Very high praise indeed!!! In her words..."That looks gorgeous!!" I have to agree. Some of the guys on here who have been doing this for ages struggle to get this close to reality (Including me) Keep it up! The Bryster
