You know, I have to wonder if I'm the only one -- most everyone by now knows I don't like the toon stuff because I don't like fake cute... but that fish isn't even fake cute to me... that thing creeps me out.

My mom sang that to me and I sang it to my daughter...along with the mares eat oats song. Talk about a walk down the old memory lane! lol Of all the things I've lost I miss my mind the most. Marque

"mares eat oats song" That was one of my favorites too :) I sang it to my kids and my grand kids :)

lol dodger

VirtualSite ( ) posted Fri, 24 January 2003 at 9:56 AM

Yeah, it's interesting, that's for sure. The cat and the dog are pretty fine, but there's something about that fish that's South-Park creepy. :)

hauksdottir ( ) posted Fri, 24 January 2003 at 12:10 PM

Well, Dodger, I try not to say critical things about free items. I finally went and downloaded this item... because it has a fishbowl which has a decent water-in-bowl look to it and after I send the fish to the "fish meal garden supplement factory" the bowl might be quite useful. I can barely suffer "cute", and don't like what you call "fake cute" either. Carolly

Then my husband has the fish just for you! :O) He bought a bottom feeder to help keep the tank clean. Well let me tell you this is now one Huge ughy fish. He's about 10 inches long. When he turns or does anything he reminds me of a hump back Whale. (next to the other very small fish)

Love is Grandchildren.

ockham ( ) posted Fri, 24 January 2003 at 12:23 PM

The words, as actually sung: "...and they fam and they fam all over the dam." These fishies certainly look like the kind that can fim!

Hmm...my Mom sang it, Boom, Boom diddum doddum waddum Choo! It still remind me of tubby time. Yup, she also sangit with Marezy-doats, or however that's spelled. Must be regional variations :)
