The patch for Lourdes' Stormguards is finally available for download from the product page at DAZ. This patch fixes a little booboo that DAZ made creating the installer, putting some files in th ewrong folder, etc. The fix is in all the downloads for any new purchases, but is also available as a seperate patch for people who have already bought it. Hopefully this means that the update for my textures, which adds V3 bodystocking maps and material poses, will be available tomorrow...

I tried to download the update and unfortunately, it isn't an update for Stormguards. Its the update for Mystics. I wonder what is gong on at Daz with all the recent "mistakes"?

Man! Kinda embarrassing. I heard that the guy that was putting the installers together has been way swamped. This is the 1st time I've seen this degree of silliness with a DAZ product, so I'm sure it's an aberration... Either that or the cutesie toon animals are feeling threatened and are sabotaging the builds late at night?!

The link seems to be fixed, but I cannot confirm from work. Can someone else check and confirm? Still waiting on the update to my packages...

Ok, I got your stuff working with the initial release. :-) For a quick test: I tested this update package on a clean install directory. The updater first says "The correct file has been found. Press OK to continue" but then "CRC checking failed 'sMBodyArmor.cr2' was not copied correctly". With "ignore" the rest seems to be fine. Finally I get an error message saying there migth be problems, blabla. So, there's still something to be done from DAZ... Sorry :-) Do you need any more info? I did not checked it in poser, because the initial release is working fine for me after a little bit tweaking, no big deal. ;-) Did I already mention that the stormguards are magnificent...? More! Please! :)

LOL! the update may not have worked because you tweaked the original... i think it looks for the original files from the original install, and will give you an error if it does not find them. Not that I would know, since I am still running the beta from a zip file! :-P

NoNoNo, I am always installing in a clean directory and copy then to poser. First: ac387b-stormguards.exe Second: ac387b-update.exe So it seems this patch gives an error on the original, untweaked installation. Strange... The updates with the bodystockings for V3 is muchmuchmuch more important!!! Hopyfully the arrive soon... :-)))

These updates add V3 bodystocking textures and pose files to the Science Fiction and Fantasy Packages. For the SF Package: - Black Cloth - Diamond Mail - Black Rubber - White Rubber For the Fantasy package: - Bark - Holly Scale - Chainmail - Tarnished Scale Enjoy!

Oh, and supposedly the Stormguards Update is fixed. Again. :-P
