I use Win2000Pro now, and it handles the memory, IMHO, perfectly. BUT, I used Win98SE forever and remember restarting my PC after so long, or wanting as much free RAM as possible for my Bryce as a constant ritual. Thanks for the info. (my girlfriend still uses Win98SE) Do you have any kind of link or url for this?

Yep, AgentS, I downloaded it from the URL above, re-traced the URL just now. It's C-net Downloads, I think you can find it on other public download sites. Aldaron, not here in Italy and, alas, not for my Dell laptop. Last price I found for 128 (not 256) was 150 euros (150$ more or less), and in these times I really can't afford to spend this amount :-( StefanoThis site uses cookies to deliver the best experience. Hi everybody. I've just downloaded this free software that frees periodically your RAM. If you're low on that like I am (just upgraded from 64 to 128), it's very useful. I tried other similar freeware, but this seems to work better (it's indeed the first one that works sensibly on my old system). Clickin' on the icon before starting or resuming a render bring more or less the same results as rebooting the system. (Important note: I use Win98SE and, despite the name of the freeware -- XP -- they declare it's not compatible to WinXP). You can dowload it at sites like cnet and similar. Hope it's useful.
