Subject: Using the DAZ Wedge cut with V3

There is not a lot of V3 ready hair yet, so I have been using Michael's Wedge Cut for Victoria 3. The cranial sizes seem to be about the same, so this works OK. However, doing this always requires a lot playing with Y/X/Z trans to get it to fit on to her head.

Does anyone know of a simple text edit I could do to get the Wedge cut to fit V3 better. Maybe the .hr2 file could be modified in Tailor to get it to conform to V3 better. Any ideas?

After you get the hair positioned properly, resave it to the Hair Library (preferably under a new name, so you don't overwrite the original).

Hi Classic I bought the Las Vegas hair- a fit-to-V3 pose was placed on the website. I find that it works for MOST hair- My problem is with V2 clothing on V3! Eric

I forget what site...but one of the main hair sites(I think the one with roll-hair etc) has V3 versions of all their hair stuff up for free. You guys remember who it is?.....if you look in freestuff, it's on their web page. More than you could need. Beav

I'm running Poser 4.0.3, which does not seem to give me the option of saving hair to the library. Anyone else with 4.0.3 having the same problem? I attached a screen shot to this post

You have to select the hair when you want to add it to the hair library. And: I don't think it works if the hair is a Cr2 instead of a hr2 (then you would have to save it back to the figure library).

Thank you. That did the trick.
