Ain't that lovely. Over 7 years and it has never rendered this way before. Believe it or not that is just a new light set. Seems Poser's renderer is doing a dry heave. Definately saving that light preset. lol That is Vicki in there against a backdrop. :) Love that Poser! Always something exciting going on. Anton

Anton, this is amazing, isn't funny how poser works on some days....I like it. Sharen

eric501 ( ) posted Fri, 07 February 2003 at 8:54 AM

Shouldn't that be posted in the fractals? LOL

PhilC ( ) posted Fri, 07 February 2003 at 9:13 AM

The amazing thing is that if you press your nose to the screen and stare at it the 3D image jumps out at you.

wait... if you squint really hard you can see Elvis!

_dodger ( ) posted Fri, 07 February 2003 at 9:35 AM

Hmm, it may need some postwork.

Zenman53186 ( ) posted Fri, 07 February 2003 at 9:47 AM

You know, I almost hope they wouldn't fix this. This is cool enough to be considered a feature. Think of it as an opportunity to release a lighting package different than any other available!

pdxjims ( ) posted Fri, 07 February 2003 at 9:50 AM

Elvis! I see ELVIS! And the Virgin Mary to the left! WOW! OMG! They're talking to me! Elvis keeps saying "heyuh heyuh heyuh". BVM says softly "....stu...studi...da...daz...stoooddiooooo" What can it all mean?

EvoShandor ( ) posted Fri, 07 February 2003 at 10:10 AM

Pretty neat Anton, have you tried duplicating the results? Evo

SAMS3D ( ) posted Fri, 07 February 2003 at 10:12 AM

pdxjims LOL, ah ha ha ha...you kill me...Sharen

BeatYourSoul ( ) posted Fri, 07 February 2003 at 10:17 AM

Man, what drugs was Poser using when it rendered that! :) Duuuuuuuude, that rawks!

hankim ( ) posted Fri, 07 February 2003 at 10:28 AM

Did you have the "Predator" filter on? Oh, wait -- only P5 is Predator-driven ;-)

Well this is the Light Set called "Amber Sun" rendered with Vicki and the Cyclorama. I guess I had Poser opened too many hours. Works just dandy now. :)

Is this Poser 4....magnificent...Sharen

PheonixRising ( ) posted Fri, 07 February 2003 at 11:11 AM

Yeah I only use P4. The guys in the office use ProPack and such. This way I know it is always P4 compatible. :)

What else is in there? Pardon me for asking, but, er, is this "she-male" Victoria? I mean, if you look closely in a certain region...

Hey Pheonix That was pretty cool, and if you look to the left of elvis and vic, I can see an evil eye face and an animal with a weird horn coming out of his head. And to the bottom left a man sitting on a bank... I think I've been studying the Renaissance period way too long now...lol

ladydawg ( ) posted Fri, 07 February 2003 at 11:54 AM

Wait it's not just some animal...I believe it's the pink pony....

I think the image looks very cool, Anton. I had a Qickviewer I picked up at PC Mag some years ago. I was using it to view a Poser image, and because of the alpha channel (I assume) I got the results in the image above. I thought it was very interesting. This is an old ProtoMorph (P3 or 4 male) character.

Its definitly kirillian photography showing Vicky's powerful and rather psychedelic aura, proving once and for all that Vicky does indeed have a soul.

Heh. Looks like a chocobo from the Final Fantasy games in the lower left hand corner (under the "Who is" in the pic on post 20). Dunno if that means anything to anyone who's not a gaming geek. Erik "Kep"

We regret to inform you that _dodger is now dead. After attempting to look at Anton's image with a pair of Cheap 3-D glasses out of the back of a comic book (Tor 3d #2, 1986), his head exploded. As for the "Who is this?"... That's the face on Mars... They are infiltrating our artwork now!!!! I bet if it multiply "it" by 19, you'll get Vickie's birthdate :) Or dress size, maybe...
