Still working on this one a bit. The head-dress was extremely cool. The long feathers (probably about 5-6' long) flowed and twisted as she danced. Very neat effect. -=>Donald

This one is my favorite one so far....Donald. The tones and composition are great in my opinion. The grain dosen't bother me at all. Don't know what else to say. I'm sorry I missed out on this event...I've been working Swing shift and was just waking up when this event was going on.....damn! I need a new schedule.... Keep up the great work. You have good in camera technique too BTW ; )

I like this one; I see movement and expression

Eggiwegs! I would like... to smash them!

Thanks guys. :) What I've been really happy with so far with this series is that I've only had to do the normal scanner enhancements. The cropping is what's on the negative and I've noticed that the composition isn't the same old stagnant horizontal one. I don't really know when I started doing that without forethought, but I do know I LIKE IT. :) hehehe -=>Donald

Another nice one, Donald. Now I can really see why you were miffed at the b/w thing. A bit off tangent, but I've been to see Hero, that Jet Li movie and the cinematography is AWESOME! Very rich in symbolism and color. The fight scenes kick major butt, too. (But the combat in Crouching Tiger was slightly better IMHO.) Your photos just reminded me of the movie hehe... ;-) (*
