Before this shoot on Jan. 11th I had asked for tips, well thank you all for all the tips. Sure enough batteries went dead, the Flash didn't work and the shoot did turn out OK because I was prepared! Thanks to y'all of course. This one was me playing with lighting while my wife tried to get the flash to work. I had to lighten it a bit in PS but the lighting was this color naturally. It is the only "nude" I will post here, others (two) are on my site. www.zhounder.com and I will add more to those as I get them completed. Thoughts and opinions welcome. Magick Michael

This is really very well done! I like the lighting...his expression is a bit disturbing for some reason....and unfortunately all these naughty things to say keep wanting to pop out of my mouth.... I better go before I slip.....

I am, therefore I create.......

im going to agree that the expression on his face is a bit odd... i would suggest burning the other half (his left side, we view it as right) so its not so bright, that should help... move the shadow line from the center of his face more to the right, to help to cover it up some more... theo there things im not really fond of is the bright light above the couch in the upper right corner of the photo... thats an easy fix in photoshop, just burn it or fill it in black, its soo bright it just draws the eyes straight there. lastly, and this is more of a perosnal taste thing, is your framing of the photo. there is way too much going on... you've beveled the edges of the photo, put it on a white background w/ text on the bottom and added a drop shadow... imho, its just too busy... i would loose the bevel on the photo, increase the size of the white frame, keep the dropshadow and move the text farther down on the now enlarged white frame, or if u dont wanna enlarge the whole thing, at least add another 40-50 pixels to the bottom of it so the text isnt so smushed in there.
